Our beauticians and hair technicians keep abreast of the latest trend and technology in their fields .We sponsor them to various seminars and workshops to hone their skills continuously We also conduct seminars periodically to celebrate womanhood. Eminent doctors are invited to give lectures on importance of preventive health checkups in women . We also train girls from economically weaker background under our learn and earn scheme,where these girls are taught the skills of our trade almost free and we also give them a stipend during that period.After successful completion of the course we retain them as a full time therapist with a good salary and perks or we help them in finding a good job in other reputed salons.
